DataWind Launches New Smartphone PocketSurfer GZ at an Affordable Price of Rs 1,499 and Gives Free Internet for a Year too

The increasing competition between the smartphones company is making customers happy. There has been a line of phones that different companies are providing at very low prices. Data Wind, that is known to make low budget gadgets like phones and tablets, has launched PocketSurfer GZ at the price of Rs. 1,499.

DataWind has joined hands with Reliance communication which will provide free internet for one year. The new smartphone runs on Linux Operating System.

Therefore, this new launch of a smartphone at just Rs 1499 is a step in that direction. This will certainly enhance the connectivity in the developing nations.”

Understanding the need of low budget phones, Tulli said that this technology should reach in all the corners of the world. He said “Hands-free communication has become extremely important and we feel strongly that this technology should reach every corner of the world. DataWind aims to breaks the affordability barriers and bandwidth constraints of networks touching the mass of India at a whole new level.”

DataWind is a low based tablet and smartphone making company based originally in Canada. The main aim of the company is to provide low, budget-friendly gadgets that are affordable to everyone. It has already provided educational tablets at low prices and is also providing smartphones at low prices.
