Yamaha Saluto RX 110cc Launched at a Price of Rs 46,400
Yamaha Motors has launched a latest entry level commuter motorcycle christened as Saluto RX at very attractive price of Rs 46,400 today. Sporty look coupled with higher fuel efficiency & better mileage per liter, the Yamaha Saluto RX will attract the young men. It is available in four attractive colours: Matte Black, Inspiring Red, Breezy Blue and Gleaming Black.
The new Yamaha Saluto RX is similar to Yamaha Saluto 125 in design. It is powered by a newly developed air-cooled 4-stroke 110cc, 2-valve, single cylinder engine that offers a mileage of 82kmpl. It comes with a 4-speed gearbox.
Engine, wheels and frame of the new Saluto are designed to make it more streamlined, reduce weight and increase fuel efficiency. It weighs 98 kg which is 22kg less in comparison to other Yamaha bikes.
Equipped with Yamaha blue core technology, the bike features telescopic front forks, twin rear shock absorbers, drum brakes at the front and rear, an analog instrument cluster, lightweight but robust body, comfortable performance, easy handling and maximum torque 8.5 Nm@4500 rpm.
The Yamaha Saluto RX will compete with a host of popular commuter motorcycles in the segment that includes TVS Victor, Hero Splendor Pro, and Honda Dream Series.
